Concord’s Residential Tenant Protection Program:
  • Relocation Assistance – increased relocation payment for no-fault evictions
  • Minimum Lease Terms – require owners to offer a 12-month lease at initial tenancy
  • Rent Registry – require owners to submit rent rolls to the city
