This rebroadcast has been updated to include information about the new California law regulating providers of emotional support dogs or ESA tags, certificates and harnesses.  This law also requires licensed medical practitioners to meet certain requirements prior to providing documentation of an emotional support animal. 

The webinar covers California fair housing regulations covering reasonable accommodations and assistance animals that took effect January 1, 2020. 

It also will cover what you need to know to address requests from applicants and tenants.
